A hospitality professional with more than 25+ years of experience in the entire gamut of Hotel operations and good academic and professional experience in reputed 5-star hotels and resorts in India, Africa and Middle East.

As a hospitality professional he has been responsible for opening properties like Le Royal Meridien Chennai and Commonwealth Resort Convention Centre, Uganda, Africa. He also been a key participant in key training programmes like Leadership skills conducted by INCON Consultants, Dubai and HACCP course accredited by Royal Institute of Public Health, UK.

Prakash has opened Days Hotel Chennai OMR, a Wyndham hotel and Ramada Chennai Egmore, Prakash has worked with Makaseb Group, Saudi Arabia , responsible for 50 plus hotels in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.

Prakash with his Crossway Hospitality Services sine 2013 has been involved in consulting huge number of projects and also managing properties like Days Hotel Chennai ,Saaral Residency,KKinn etc.

A Hotel Management Graduate with 20+ years of experience, 14 years expertise in Rooms Division and 3 years in Hotel Operations. She hails from the Andaman Nicobar Islands and has working experience in reputed 5 star hotels in various cities across India.

Sulekha has been a part of Preopening teas with Days Hotel Chennai OMR as Operations Manager; Front Office Manager Preopening / rebranding – Ramada Chennai Egmore; Front Office Manager Preopening- Matthan Hotel Bangalore and Front Office Manager Preopening- Oakwood Premier Prestige Bangalore.

In addition she has worked with The Zuri White Sands Goa Resort & Casino; The Lalit Grand Palace Srinagar; Royal Orchid Hotels, The Park Chennai , Taj Connemara Chennai and Savera Hotel Chennai.
